Returns & Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from us online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last relevant item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal in any of the following ways:

  • Contact us at info@agrfabrications.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract;

  • Use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy; or

  • Use the “Withdraw from contract” function available in the Quick Links section in the footer of our website.

You do not need our prior approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Online Withdrawal Function

For contracts concluded through our online store, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically using the “Withdraw from contract” function available in the Quick Links section in the footer of our website.

In accordance with the EU rules applicable from 19 June 2026, the online withdrawal function must be clearly displayed and easily and continuously accessible during the withdrawal period.

The relevant EU legislation requires that:

“The withdrawal function shall be labelled with the words ‘withdraw from contract here’ or an unambiguous corresponding formulation.”

When using the online withdrawal function, you will be asked to provide or confirm the information necessary to identify you and the relevant order or contract.

After submitting the withdrawal through the online function, you will receive confirmation of your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium, such as by email. This confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal and the date and time when it was submitted.

Returning the Goods

After informing us that you are withdrawing from the contract, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

Please contact us before sending the goods so that we can provide you with the correct return address and any necessary return instructions.

You are responsible for arranging the return shipment yourself, for example by booking a courier or sending the parcel through a postal service.

Unless otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning goods is paid by the customer.

This does not apply where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming and we are legally responsible for the return costs.

Please package returned products adequately to prevent damage during transport.

Condition of Returned Goods

During the withdrawal period, you may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in a similar way to how you would reasonably be able to inspect them in a physical shop.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Because many of our products are automotive components, please carefully check compatibility, dimensions, finish and the general condition of the product before mounting or installing it.

Mounting, installation, modification, road or track use, scratching, tool marks, damaged surface finishes or other signs of use may reduce the value of the product. Where such handling goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the resulting diminished value from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Mounting or handling a product does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal, but you may be responsible for the resulting reduction in its value.

Please return the product, where reasonably possible, with all parts, accessories, instructions and original packaging supplied with it. Missing or damaged packaging does not by itself automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal, but any resulting loss in value may be taken into account where permitted by law.

Refunds Following Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments that we are required to refund under applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

For the sale of goods, we may withhold the refund until:

  • we have received the returned goods; or

  • you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back,

whichever occurs first.

The refund will be based on the actual amount you paid for the returned goods. If the product was purchased using a discount code, promotional offer or discounted price, the amount refunded will therefore be the amount actually paid for that product.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us for that order.

If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, for example express or premium shipping, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, the refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur a fee from us for receiving the refund.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, PayPal or other payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after we have issued it.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@agrfabrications.com if:

  • the product is defective;

  • the product was damaged in transport;

  • you received the wrong product; or

  • the product otherwise does not conform to your order.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Claims concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this Returns & Refund Policy.

Where we are legally responsible for defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods, we will also bear the necessary return shipping costs where required by applicable law.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances specified by applicable consumer law.

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not normally apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or goods that are clearly personalised.

This may include products that we manufacture or modify specifically according to individual specifications requested by you and which are not part of our normal standard product configuration.

A standard product does not automatically become non-returnable merely because it is produced or prepared after your order is placed.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where customised goods are defective, damaged or otherwise non-conforming.

Exchanges

We do not operate a separate exchange procedure.

If you ordered the wrong product, version or variant and wish to purchase another one, the simplest procedure is to exercise your right to return the original product where applicable and place a separate order for the required product.

If you are unsure which product or variant you need, please contact us before placing the replacement order and we will be happy to help you check compatibility.
