Shipping Policy

Welcome to our Shipping Policy. This document outlines the terms and conditions of shipping for all orders placed through our e-shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Shipping Information

  • Origin of Shipments:
    All orders are shipped from our facility in Slovakia.

  • Shipping Destinations:
    We offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.

  • Processing Time:

    • For most in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

    • Some of our parts, such as custom-made door cards, are made to order, and their processing time may be longer, usually less than 14 days.

    • If a product is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Fees:
    Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and weight of the order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.


2. Delivery Times

  • EU Countries: Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

  • Non-EU Countries: Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance. Australia and New Zealand usually takes up to 30 business days.

  • Remote Locations: Delivery times may vary. Please allow extra time for shipments to remote areas.


3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their country.

  • EU Countries: No additional customs duties apply.

  • Non-EU Countries (including the UK): Import taxes and duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK)

  • Minimum Order Value:
    We only accept orders from UK customers with a total product value (after discounts and excluding shipping fees) exceeding €150 (or £135). Orders below this value will not be processed.

  • VAT and Customs Responsibilities:

    • For orders over €150 (or £135), the responsibility for paying import VAT, customs duties, and any related charges lies with the customer.

    • We do not collect UK VAT for such orders. These charges will be applied by UK customs or the courier service upon entry into the UK.

  • Shipping Terms:
    All shipments to the UK are sent under the DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterm. This means we arrange delivery to your address, but you are responsible for any import-related charges. If you are not reached at your address in time of delivery, your parcel might be stored at your local post to be picked up by you.

  • Import Process:
    Once your order arrives in the UK, customs or the courier will contact you to arrange payment. Delivery will not proceed until these charges are paid.

  • Returns Due to Non-Payment:
    Orders returned due to non-payment of import VAT or customs duties will be refunded minus shipping costs and any fees incurred during the return process.


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. We always try to make our customers satisfied, so we will find the solution in such cases.


6. Returns and Refunds

  • If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
