CNC machined intake manifold flange to build your custom intake manifold or ITBs adapter

Available for all BP and B6 engines found in MX-5s - Note BP flange have 2 sets of bolt holes machined as intake ports on BP4W and BP6D heads found in NB cars are placed about 10mm higher on head than those found in NA cars. It is crucial for performance that you attach the flange to correct set of holes.

Machined from very special EN 5083 Aluminium - one of the strongest aluminium alloys which does not require heat threatment after it is welded.

We reccomend use of 5356 filler rod for welding - also referred as AlMg5 or similar filler suited for 5XXX series of AL alloys - Your welder should know this when welding manifold for you but it is better to check with him.
